A note for our existing patients

If you saw Dr. Duis between September 1, 2024 and September 30, 2026, you are an established patient, and you can keep Dr. Duis as your physician.
Established patients will be offered membership in our new concierge practice on special terms. You don’t need to do anything until you hear from us.

We are no longer accepting new patients through insurance. All new patients join through the concierge practice.
